Coral Foods & Flavours develops and manufactures nature-identical flavours, essences, preservatives and food additives for the food and beverage industry — with an obsession for consistency that comes from 29 years on production floors.
Our story
Built in a lab, proven in factories
Coral began in 1997 with a simple frustration: Indian food producers were being sold generic flavours and asked to redesign their recipes around them. We thought the flavour should bend to the product, not the other way round.
29 years later, that is still how we work. Our flavourists spend as much time reading process sheets as they do at the bench, and our plant at Arakuzha, Muvattupuzha manufactures every batch of flavour, essence, preservative and additive to order under ISO 22000:2018 food safety management.
Today we supply bakeries, beverage plants, confectioners, dairies, snack producers, retailers and distributors — from first bench trial through to repeat bulk supply.

V. A. Vincent
Vincent founded Coral Foods & Flavours in 1997 with a simple belief: Indian food producers deserve flavours tailored to their products, not the other way around. 29 years later, that conviction still guides every formulation that leaves the lab.
Under his leadership, Coral has grown from a single-product operation into a trusted partner for bakeries, beverage plants, confectioners and retailers across India — always putting taste, consistency and honest counsel first.
